My writing has appeared or is forthcoming in Barrow Street, Copper Nickel, Gulf Coast, The Missouri Review, Nimrod, Rattle, RHINO, Terrain, Tupelo Quarterly, Willow Springs, ZYZZYVA, Fine Gardening, Asimov's Science Fiction, and many editions of the Poet's Market. My chapbook Astronauts won the 2022 Chad Walsh Chapbook Prize from Beloit Poetry Journal and was a finalist for the 2023 Oregon Book Award, and my full-length poetry collection The Trouble with New England Girls won the 2017 Louis Award from Concrete Wolf Press. Recipient of an Oregon Literary Fellowship in Poetry in 2021, I have won the Coniston Prize from Radar, judged by Dorianne Laux; the Red Wheelbarrow Prize, judged by Ellen Bass; the Cultural Center of Cape Cod National Poetry Competition, judged by Tony Hoagland; and the Jack Grapes Poetry Prize from Cultural Weekly. I am editor-in-chief of the small boutique publisher Cyclone Press.
